Repair time of three to five working days is standard, depending on service required & parts availability. To insure immediate attention from a Service Technician, a Priority Service Fee of $50.00 is available. Regular labor rates are still applicable when an item is tagged “Priority”
Warranty terms only apply to hardware issues. Software issues are NOT covered by warranty, as they are considered to be within the user’s control. All Technical Service (LABOR) will be covered by a 90 day warranty. All parts are subject to manufacturer’s warranty. Virus removal IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY!
ADVANCED VIRUS SCAN
Advanced Virus Scans consist of multiple virus scans, Root Kit detection, system vulnerability check, registry cleanup, broken link detection, repair of corrupted system files and rogue security application detection. Basic Virus Scans only consist of Single Pass Virus Scan and Registry Scan.
If we order parts for you, payment is due at the time of order. NO EXCEPTIONS!
SOFTWARE IS CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY
Should any software need to be reinstalled, AZPCRS will do so upon request (and supply of discs) at an additional charge of $25.00/hr. Software installation and/or data backup and/or restoration is not included in the repair agreement.
Neither AZPCRS nor its technicians will be held liable for equipment left over 30 days. All items left over 30 days will become the property of AZPCRS and sold at market value to recuperate the cost incurred from the repair.
Viruses, adware, spyware and malware may cause unrecoverable damage to files; AZPCRS will make every reasonable effort to preserve your data. However, it is possible that data can be lost due to factors beyond our control. You, the customer, are responsible for backing up your data. We may back up your data for you at your request, if your system has the necessary components to do so onsite, online, or by other means at our headquarters. AZPCRS will not be held responsible in any way for lost data or any loss of revenue or income resulting from such loss. The customer understands that ALL DATA WILL BE LOST if we have to format your hard drive and it is not backed up, including any applications that are not included with your version of Windows that you do not have legal CD’s for. You also acknowledge and agree that during the course of service, data (personal files) can become corrupt or unusable; in such case you cannot hold AZPCRS responsible. Virus Removal is NOT covered by warranty.
It is primarily the customer’s responsibility to back up any and all crucial data on any device turned over to AZPCRS for service prior to visiting us for a repair. In the event that you wish to engage AZPCRS in the backup of your data, our standard labor fee of $50.00/hr will apply. We can only attempt to backup data that is present and recoverable on the device at the time of repair, and data loss is still a possibility.
If data backup is necessary a technician will call and notify you to get approval or disapproval of this service.
It is AZPCRS's legal responsibility to report any pirated software witnessed during the repair to the appropriate authorities.
AZPCRS employees will not access any personal identifying or financial information within the customer's computer which is outside the scope of the repair without the customer's prior knowledge and consent.
AZPCRS will only preform a repair on a computer that is legally owned by the customer. Only those computers presented to the AZPCRS by the authorities with the appropriate legal order will be examined without the customer's expressed consent. AZPCRS. reserves the right to reject any computer repair whose ownership is suspect. If AZPCRS suspects a computer brought in for repair is stolen property, it is AZPCRSlegal responsibility to report this suspicion to the appropriate authorities.
AZPCRS employees will never copy any personal information, software or files which are outside the scope of the repair without the customer's prior knowledge and consent. All backups of personal information, software or files that are made in the duration of the repair are destroyed before the customer's computer is returned to the customer, unless otherwise directed by the customer. In the event that the customer directs AZPCRS to back up certain information, only those folders to which the AZPCRS technician is specifically directed will be backed up.AZPCRS will never, under any circumstance, search customer file folders to find a specific file or file type. To protect both the customer's privacy and AZPCRS legal responsibility, AZPCRS relies upon the customer to direct the technician to the exact folder the customer wishes to be backed up.
